Robert: That's almost 15 pounds of cheese in that one batch to substitute a handful of salt. That's scary.
Robert: 1,200 people, over 7,000 hors d'oeuvres, an elaborate sit down dinner, and now I've just found out they moved the cocktail hour half an hour up. I started in the weeds this morning, and the extra half hour they've just taken away from me just leaves me in the swamp.
Robert: This mission is totally out there. No salt and sugar? They're staples in the kitchen. So we're having to substitute with soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauces, and I hope that the food tastes as good as if it were with salt and sugar. (to the camera) No pressure, right?
