I think what makes Chef Robert Irvine an extraordinary individual is how he is accomplished and talented on several levels. His gourmet brown-bag lunches for the construction crews looked great, looked tasty and looked very satisfying. Not only are his culinary skills evident there but his problem-solving skills were apparent too when he had to cook for 1000 men and women with very limited equipments. He had some great help from foreman Matt and many others that pitched in, which is the other aptitude that Chef Robert has; he has a wonderful ability to coordinate and organize a large group of people, to energize them to get the "mission" done. I think the FoodNetwork has a winner with Dinner:Impossible because Chef Robert is entertaining on so many levels. It's a smart program, and I think this episode really showcases the many attributes Chef Robert delivers.moreless
