Jeff Henderson: I don't know if I can take another verbal whuppin' from Chef Robert today. (laughs) He's a big guy, I'm a big guy, but I'm gettin' old, man.
Kayla Williams: So, Robert, where did you learn this recipe for the salm ?
Robert: Where did I learn this?
Kayla Williams: Yes.
Robert: Right in this kitchen, right now. (Kayla laughs) It's called ingenuity at its best.
George: (about the EPCOT kitchen staff) These guys didn't think we were gonna make this much food; we're running out of items to cook here. Canned tomatoes are out, so I gotta go with fresh tomatoes. When I made the pasta salad, they didn't have broccoli. I think we threw 'em for a loop.
Jeff Henderson: One of my goals and ambitions now is anything to help at-risk young people, and inmates as well. I truly believe that all my blessings come from my give-back. I want to change lives through food.
This episode began a short season four, consisting of the previously recorded episodes with Robert Irvine before his resumé discrepancies were exposed. Food Network, which had done nominal promotion for the end of season three, did little to no ads for these episodes.
