Have you ever instinctively known water was boiling inside a pot even though it was covered and no steam let out? No other episode can give you that impression than this one when John, the in-house chef at Episcopal Academy, looks like his blood pressure went through the roof when Robert took over his kitchen. It is an excellent exercise in observing someone's non-verbal language. Few reality shows will leave you genuinely feeling nervous (can you imagine trying to organize a dinner for 600 in some 3-4 hours, after shopping for food?) or empathetic with the main character of the story. Anyone who has had to deal with a co-worker who was virtually uncooperative and defensive and the opposite of pro-active will see so well the frustration in Robert's eyes. The happiest of endings makes this one of the best episodes of the series since Robert achieves the "mission" with 5 minutes to spare. Hooray! Do anyone know what happened to George and George?moreless
