This week's episode is really entertaining and informative. Pennsylvania Governor Rendell is celebrating his second inauguration, and Robert's task is to have hors d'oeuvres ready for thousands of guests. This challenge will an elegant affair, and also has the expectation that he must use three of Pennsylvania's most popular products...mushrooms, apples and venison. It's always fun to see Robert's mind at work trying to figure out menus for each challenge, but this one had such special requirements. It made it all the more difficult. Plus, there was the prepping, cooking and transporting the food to where the event was held. All that took time and Robert was really under pressure. Especially when you consider this was an important event with dignitaries present.

Robert finished the task and the Rendells (and all their guests) were thrilled with the outcome. Mission: Accomplished!moreless
