      • Grapdelite: Perhaps we should turn ourselves in. Robbie: No! Grapdelite: One cannot escape one's destiny, Robbie. Robbie: But one can try. Your whole species is at stake here, why am I the only one willing to fight for it? Grapdelite: Perhaps that is YOUR destiny.

      • Baby Grapdelite: Daddy... Earl: I promise.

      • Grapdelite: Robbie, we're the last two grapes. Robbie: What? Grapdelite: That's why they can't find anymore of us, there aren't any. Robbie: But how can that be? Grapdelite: Because we're delicious.

      • Grapdelite 1: We need to help you with your paper. Robbie: Forget about the paper, the assignment is over. Grapdelite 1: No it's not. Grapdelite 2: Not if you don't know the answer, now try again.

    • NOTES (2)

      ADD NOTES
      • The grapdelites make several good points about over-eating a species. They use grabs to explain to Robbie that once you eat everything of a species, there are no more left, and you can't bring them back. This episode explains the problems, such as overfishing, that lead to speedy extinction of many animals.

      • Charlene states that the 20th anniversary is the grapdelites one. Many people celebrate certain anniversaries with special gifts, such as paper for the 1st, and the golden and silver anniversaries. We find out that Fran and Earl have been married for 20 years.

    • ALLUSIONS (2)

      ADD ALLUSIONS
      • The Green Grocer, "Joe Carnivoré" is based on Joe Carcione, The Green Grocer. He hosted short television bits offering advice in the world of produce, and wrote a newspaper column and two books on the same subject. He always ended his TV spots saying "I'm Joe Carcione, your green grocer, with your tip for today".

      • Teenage Mutant Ninja Cavemen: A parody of the Teengage Mutant Ninja Turtles, another popular tv show. The three live-action movies had costumes made by Jim Henson Productions, the same company that produced Dinosaurs.
