I would love to see this episode again! I've been looking for it to be aired again so my husband can also watch it. We were there last summer. The bridge is amazing. I was nervous driving over it as we were in the lane with the metal grading. I can not imagine walking on it. I know the water has to be like ice. I was very nervous watching Mike climbing the bridge over the cold water with such strong winds and the bridge moving from traffic. Even though I live by a similar bridge (Sunshine Skyway) I had no idea of the tunnels, walkways, and upkeep of such a fantastic bridge.moreless

Living only about 8 miles away from the Bridge (and working almost underneath it!), I found this installment just plain awesome. There is so much hard work that goes into every aspect of the Bridge to keep it running smooth that it should indeed be dubbed a "dirty job" (and trust me, as one of those who frequently crosses that Bridge, its a good thing to know just how well it is being taken care of :) )

This episode was just great. Even as a local, there are plenty of jobs that go into maintaining the Bridge that even we don't know about so not also was it great to see my area being broadcast on national television but it was also very informing!

    Great work!moreless
