I read the question on this site about the episode numbering on the site but does anybody understand the numbering on the DVD seasons. Season 1 made sense but the complete season 2 DVD seems like it should be more like season 3. It even includes the 150th dirty jobs special. But the 100th special is no where to be found as well as dozens of other episodes in between. Anybody have any information about this? Thanks so much.
