Mike: Why does the hill behind me look like the color of baby food?
Mike:(to Camaraman Doug) How the heck did you get up there? Freaky little Gumby...
Mike: I'm right on the verge of almost being not done.
Mike: It's always bad to have your identity mistaken for a piece of poo.
Mike: Nice day for squirting green stuff on a hill.
Randy: I'm hoping to be out of here by my birthday.
Mike: No promises.
In the credits, special thanks was given to San Diego Maritime Museum, Hydro Plant Inc. and Otay Ranch.
Mike calls cameraman Doug a "freaky little Gumby".
Gumby is a dark-green claymation figure from a 1950's American tv series that ran for over 35 years. The show also featured Pokey, a red-orange clay pony.
As Mike suits up in protective clothing to clean the ship, he jokes about reading something similar in The Right Stuff.
The Right Stuff is a book by Tom Wolfe made into a movie in 1983. It is about the history of the U.S. space program from the breaking of the sound barrier by Chuck Yeager to the Mercury 7 astronauts.
