According to Romero, a worker at the turkey farm, it's true that turkeys can drown if they look up into the rain.
According to Mike, the sewage plant he visited processes 43 million gallons of raw sewage everyday.
Mike: A critical oversight that has led to another mouthful of poo in my storied career.
Mike: Romero? What happened here? Romero: You don't know what that is? It's a dead bird!
Romero (turkey farmer): No, don't worry about diseases, all is natural here. Mike: All right, little bit of natural avian flu going my way.
Mike: Look at your hand. Look at the hands of a potato farmer. Good grief man, you've been in the dirt all your life haven't you? Potato Farmer: Yes sir. Mike: I knew we were gonna get along.
Mike: Well, that's the problem, our door is hopelessly jammed in poo.
Mike: What are the hazards that I should be most aware of before we open the portal to hell?

Mike: I'm like Lucille Ball here. Mike is referring to the famous episode from the I Love Lucy show where Lucy and Ethel are working at a candy factory. The conveyor belts are moving much too fast and they can't keep up. Lucy shoves the candy in her pockets, down her dress, in her hat and in her mouth in an attempt to catch up.
