Dirty Sexy Money

Nick wakes up in bed with Lisa. They talk about their upcoming Thanksgiving holiday weekend together.
At work, Tripp and Nick discuss Simon's acquisition of the Darling Plaza and Patrick's allegiance with him. Tripp orders a sit-down with Patrick and Simon.

Meanwhile, Ellen demands from Patrick the meeting with Carmelita to happen right away. At the Darling mansion, Karen eats breakfast with Jeremy and Brian, who misses his son Brian, Jr. Jeremy and Karen talk about Jeremy's new girl as Brian walks away from the table.

During the rest of the morning, Nick goes to Patrick and Simon separately to arrange the planned meeting at the country house. By the insistence of Patrick, he also meets with Carmelita regarding the demands of Patrick's wife.

Then, Nick goes off for a meeting with Brian and Andrea to discuss the legal options with regards to their son. Brian tries to buy Andrea into settling and giving Brian Jr. to him. Afterwards, Nick comes home and tells his wife about the recent developments and convinces Lisa to go with him at the country house.

Jeremy helps out Sofia and offers to drive her home. He lies to Sofia about his family name as she agrees to a date with him. Jeremy calls Clark and asks him to pick him up.

Carmelita and Ellen finally meet and agree on the days they could have Patrick to themselves. In the meantime, an arbitrator meets with Brian, Andrea and their lawyers to evaluate what the best course of action is with regards to the custody over Brian, Jr. Brian is disappointed with how the meeting turned out and blames Nick for it. Nick suggests that he talk to Andrea into settling outside of court.

Meanwhile, Jeremy consults Clark on his date plans. Clark suggests pizza and a bottle of wine on the roof. At the country house, Nick and his wife arrive first followed by Leticia and Karen, then Simon together with Patrick. Tripp and the guys go out hunting. After having dinner, Tripp, Patrick, and Simon have their sit-down. Tripp verbally attacks Simon and reveals Simon's family secrets. Simon gets upset with the seeming ambush on his character. Patrick lashes out at his father in disgust and walks out of the room. In another room, Leticia tells Lisa about the kiss between Karen and Nick. Lisa confronts Karen about the kiss. Lisa is then disappointed with Nick, fights Nick over what has she discovered, and leaves him at the house.

Back in the city, Jeremy has his fabulous date with Sofia in a fancy restaurant. Jeremy and Sofia continue their date on top of the roof. Brian, lying in bed, prays to God about Brian, Jr. while the man he hired to bribe the arbitrator "accidentally" bumps into her. Patrick goes home to his wife but only after coming over Carmelita's place to talk about the events at the country house. Ellen, infuriated, shoots Patrick in the leg.

The morning after, Nick faces the press and lies about the shooting incident. Tripp and Nick sit down at the office and talk about the truths that have been recently revealed. Tripp suggests that maybe, Simon has a motive for killing his father. They then watch as the Darling Plaza is demolished.

Finally, Lisa calls Nick on the phone and tries to make him realize the implications of his continued association with the Darlings. They each reassure the other of their love as they hang up the phone.
