Episode Recap

The episode begins with Nick as he continues to try to find out who killed his father, information he learned in the first episode of the series.

Nick goes to visit Norman Exley, an airplane mechanic who did routine work on his father's plane, often before his father went anywhere. Norman says that the day his father left was like every other day. He inspected the plane like he always did and everything was fine. Norman finishes by saying that there was nothing wrong with the plane and that Nick's father must have just lost control of it.

Meanwhile, Nick has enough on his plate to deal with already as he is on his first day on the job as the Darling's new lawyer. Brain Sr. comes to his office and drops Brain Jr. off, leaving Nick to deal with the legal stuff needed to make sure the kid can go away.

Tripp pressures Patrick to announce he's running for the Senate, despite having a deep and dark secret that is giving him second thoughts. It is revealed that Patrick is seeing a woman aside from his wife, a trans-gendered "woman" named Carmelita.

Nick organizes the entire Darling family together for a photo shoot. The photos include two trained Lions, hence the name of the episode. After the photo shoot, Jeremy runs back to his hotel room where it is seen that he is striking up a secret romance with a woman named Natalie Kimpton, a girl whom his sister cannot stand.

The episode ends as Nick begins to question if it could have been Tripp who was the one that killed his father.
