Jeremy is at Nola Lyon's apartment and asks to go to a concert with him. She refuses, saying the relationship is strictly to be kept behind closed doors.

Nick George arrives at his office to find Nola Lyons with the witness list. A surprise to him, Nick's mother is their star witness. Nick then decides to confront Letitia about paying his mother off, but Letitia says that it wasn't her idea to pay off his mother.

Brian is talking to his son through the internet and finds out that he's been left home alone at night. Brian then goes to Nick asking for help to get his son back, but Nick says he can't just take the kid back. Brian then hops on a plane and goes to see his son.

Patrick confronts Tripp about coming clean, but Tripp tells Patrick to keep quiet. During the debate, Patrick was about to come clean when Tripp walked in with Carmelita. Patrick reconsidered and did not come clean, and later talks to Tripp which gives Patrick Carmelita's whereabouts.

Karen is complaining to Simon about Nick and how he got the company, and Simon grudgingly told her to stop complaining about her ex. Karen then goes to see Nick, but only Lisa is home and Lisa says that they're both losing Nick to Tripp.

Nick goes to France to see his mother and finds out that what Letitia said was true. Then he finds out that his mother did speak to Letitia the day before Dutch's plane crashed and that Letitia said she would take care of it. Nick says that Letitia is innocent and that she should not testify.

In Brazil, Brian finds out that his son's mother is working at night because she wants to make it on her own. He admits that she is a good mother and leaves. On the plane back, Brian Jr. hid away in a cabinet and no one knows he's with his father.

Nick confronts Letitia and apologizes and she says that she tried to be a mother to him.

Nola Lyons returns to her apartment to see that Jeremy set up a private concert and they start a romantic night.
