Episode Recap

The team starts out in the Rocket Room. You can see Rocket making himself a bed, and you can see the team with their sleeping bags. Leo introduces himself and announces that him and his friends are having a sleep over in the Rocket Room! Quincy cheers and tosses his pillow in the air. Leo explains that they all have their sleeping bags and pillows. Rocket makes some xylophone like noises to say that it's time for bed. Leo agrees and everybody gets ready to go to bed.

Leo is crawling into his sleeping bad and he says that he has a special trick he does to help him fall asleep. He says that every night he turns on his baton night light to help him sleep. The team then take turns saying what they do to help them fall asleep. June says that she does a sleepy spin before she falls asleep. Quincy explains that hugging his instruments blanket always helps him sleep, and Annie says that she always sings a goodnight song before going to bed. The kids then bid each other goodnight and try to get some sleep.

They are trying to sleep but then they all hear Rocket. They get up to see what's wrong. Annie points out that Rocket is having troubles sleeping. June tells the team that Rocket is trying to fall asleep, but cannot. The team slides down to Rocket and Leo asks Rocket if he has a special sleeping trick like them. Rocket shakes his head to say no. Quincy offers Rocket his instruments blanket to see if it helps him fall asleep. Rocket takes the blanket and hold it tight. "His lights are turning off," June pointed out. "And his antenna is sagging," Annie finished. Rocket seems to be asleep but then he jumps up again to show that he is not. The team wonders what to do next. The planets mobile above Rocket begins to play music that Rocket likes. Quincy notes that Rocket really likes the planets mobile. Leo then gets an idea! He says that maybe the planets can help Rocket fall asleep. He states that they can go to outer space to count the planets to help Rocket sleep. The team agrees and June informs the team that there are nine planets. "We've got a mission!" Leo exclaims. "We need to count all nine planets so Rocket can fall asleep! To Rocket!" The team hurries into Rocket to begin blast off

BLAST OFF!

The team is now soaring through the sky! They keep going higher and higher, until Leo says that they need to break through Earth's gravity. Leo tells Rocket to put out his backup booster to go faster so that they can break trough Earth's gravity. They keep going higher and faster until the finally break through Earth's gravity. They had successfully gone into outer space. The team is now ready to count the planets. June notifies the team that the first planet is near the sun. Annie spots the sun, and June spots the first planet; Mercury. Annie announces that she had made up a planet counting song. Leo flies to Mercury and Annie begins her song. " Mercury is closest to the sun, Mercury is Planet one, Then it's off to Venus it's Planet two, Venus, two, is where we flew, Our home planet, Earth is Planet three, sing with me the Earth is three." Rocket is now bouncing from planet to planet as Annie calls them off in her song. Annie continues. "After Earth comes Mars, it's number four. Right next door, is planet four." Annie finished. Leo brings Rocket down to land on Mars. The team gets in their space suits and go see if Rocket had fallen asleep. Rocket's lights turn off, and his antenna starts sagging, but then Rocket jumps back up to show that he is not asleep yet. The team laughs. Leo explained that they only counted four planets, and need to count all nine planets to make Rocket go to sleep.

Annie then shouted to get the teams attention. She was pointing at a huge mountain! She commented that it was the biggest mountain that she had ever seen. June adds that the mountain is Olympus Mons, and it's the biggest mountain in the galaxy. Quincy hears something and tries to listen better. He says that he hears something way on the top of Olympus Mons! Leo looks up and discovers that it's a Mars Rover! The Mars Rover makes a few noises. Annie thinks that the Mars Rover is worried and something sounds wrong. June looks around for a second and spots what's wrong! June tells the team that there is a dust storm headed right at them. Quincy decides that they will be safe if the get to the top of Olympus Mons with Mars Rover. The team agrees and they hastily get to Rocket and Rocket transforms into a land vehicle to climb up Olympus Mons. Rocket climbs quickly but June points out that the mountain is getting steeper, while Leo notes that the dust storm is getting closer. Quincy has an idea to help Rocket climb faster. He presses the button on his chair and a small piano comes up in front of him. He tells the rest of the team that he can play a climbing song on the piano to help Rocket get up the mountain faster. It's working too! The song is helping Rocket climb a lot faster. Quincy continues his song on the piano and finally the team reaches the top of Olympus Mons safely. They had escaped the dust storm. The teams thanks Mars Rover for warning them about the dust storm, and the Leo points out that Rocket seems to be falling asleep. Rocket's lights turn off, and his antenna starts sagging, but then he jumped up to show that he wasn't yet asleep. The teams laughs. They conclude that they still need to count all nine planets to make Rocket fall asleep. They return to Rocket and fly back into outer space!

Annie is now going to try her song again. She gets through Mercury, Venus, Earth and Mars, but once she gets to Jupiter something starts to happen! Rocket gets sucked into one of Jupiter's swirling winds. Rocket can't fly out of the swirling wind. June then gets an idea! She is going to teach Rocket a Swirling Wind Dance so he can fly through all of the swirling wind. June begins her Swirling Wind Dance. She waves her hands and arms above her head to the music. Rocket then gets the hang of it! He flies straight through the awful swirling wind. But now the team find themselfs caught in another one of Jupiter's winds. They were stuck in a rolling wind this time. Rocket has troubles flying through this wind and so June teaches him another dance. In this dance she rolls her arms in a circle to the music. Rocket it now able to fly through the rolling wind. But ironically they get stuck in another swirling wind once they get out of the rolling wind. June precedes doing the swirling wind dance and Rocket has no difficulty flying through. But once again they get caught in a rolling wind. June does her rolling wind dance and helps Rocket get out of this safely. Unfortunately there is one more swirling wind. June does her dance one more time and gets out of all the swirling wind. Now finally they get to the final wind obstacle on Jupiter: One last rolling wind. June does her rolling wind dance again and Rocket gets out of all the wind safely! At last they made it out of all the wind! Annie notices that after all the wind, Rocket sounds very tired. His lights turn off, and his antenna starts sagging, but the her jumps up to show that he is wide awake! The team giggles. They are now going to start counting the planet over again for Rocket.

They zoom back to Mercury and Annie begins her song again. She counts off the first 8 planets: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune but then they must stop. They cannot find the ninth planet! Annie says that it's very small and hard to find. They look around for a bit and discover that Pluto, the ninth planet, is hiding! The look for a minute and find that Pluto is hiding behind the eighth planet, Neptune. Leo flies over to Pluto and Quincy asks Pluto if it will go back where it belongs so they can help Rocket fall asleep. Pluto just nods and quickly takes it's place. All the planets then line up single file so that the team can count them off. Now that all the planets were ready, Leo zoomed back to Mercury to count all the planets.

Leo pulls out his baton to start. Once he gets to Mercury he begins to sing Annie song. "Mercury is closest to the sun, Mercury is Planet one, Then it's off to Venus it's Planet two, Venus, two, is where we flew, Our home planet, Earth is Planet three, Sing with me the Earth is three, After Earth is Mars is Planet four, Right next door is planet four, Big Jupiter is number five, Just a short drive from Saturn six," Leo sang. Quincy came in with an alarming "Saturn is six!" Leo continued. "Uranus is seven, it looks blue, Neptune, eight looks that way ,too. Last not least, is Pluto, Number nine, Last in line is Pluto, nine!" Leo finished. The team burst with joy that they counted all nine planets! They get quiet to see if Rocket was sleeping. His lights turn off, his antenna starts sagging, and this time he was making a snoring noise! They did it! Rocket was now asleep. Now the team needs to fly home and back to their beds. Rocket is still sleeping though. The team begins to start their blast off routine but this time they do it very quietly. They blast off, and with Rocket asleep they fly around the planets and back home to Earth.

The team flies into the Rocket Room with Rocket still sleeping. Annie sings, "Quiet as a mouse don't make a peep! Tip-toe creep, let Rocket sleep." The team then climbs off Rocket and the wish him goodnight. Leo pulls out his baton.
