Episode Recap

This episode starts out with Rocket already flying high in the sky! He does spins, twists, and tricks before Leo announces that he is going to be in the great sky race! Rocket then sings his special Racing song. The great sky race is a race where all of the planes, jets, helicopter, and Rockets, get together to race all together! Rocket knows that he will do great in the race! Right after that, a large blue and black jet named Big Jet flies right over Rocket. He is massive compared to Rocket. He does a few spins around Rocket, taunting him, and then flies off away from Rocket. Rocket seems nervous now. So nervous, that he makes a quick jolt backwards! The kids wonder why Rocket hopped backwards the way he did. The Rocket does it again! Quincy tells Rocket that he can't joke around before the big race! It is June that explains that Rocket can't help it. Leo lands Rocket on the ground and the kids get out to see what's wrong. Rocket hops back again, making a loud noise. The team figures out that Rocket has got the hiccups! If Rocket has the hiccups, then there is no way that he will be able to compete in the great sky race! Annie states that whenever she gets the hiccups, Leo always surprises the hiccups away! Agreeing, Quincy says that they can get some cymbals and surprise the hiccups out of Rocket too! June know that they can get some cymbals if the go all the way to Orchestra Ocean! The kids make it their mission and promise Rocket that they will be able to get rid of his hiccups. "To Rocket!" Leo shouts as the all run back inside Rocket and get ready for...



BLAST OFF!!!



Rocket flies high in the sky as Leo guides him in the direction of Orchestra Ocean! June does a ballet spin until Rocket hiccups and June falls back into her chair, Once they get there, they can't find any cymbals. They see violins, drums, and cellos, but no cymbals. Rocket lowers his look-and-listen scope and helps the team find a pair of cymbals! Annie then uses the clapper-catcher to catch the cymbals in the water! Once she gets them inside Rocket, Quincy takes them and Leo lands Rocket on a nearby island. The kids get out of Rocket and tell him, with shifty eyes, that they are going to go look in the other direction. Rocket answers and waits for them to return. While away from Rocket, the kids practice how to surprises the hiccups away with Quincy's cymbals. Once they have it down, they get ready to try it. The sneak up behind Rocket slowly while Rocket plays his special race song, and when the music slows down, Quincy bashes the cymbals together, startling Rocket and making him zip away for a moment. The kids laugh. When Rocket returns, they listen to see if he still has the hiccups and unfortunately he still does! It didn't work. Annie thinks that maybe the roar of a tiger will scare the hiccups away! The team agrees a the run to Rocket and fly off to a jungle!



They zip up into the clouds and Leo flies Rocket in the direction of a jungle. They fly over the Great Sky Race starting line and it is almost ready to start! They really need to hurry! Leo is able to quickly find a nearby jungle as he lands Rocket down in the trees. The kids get out and say that they need to look for something. Rocket answers them and waits for their return, hiccuping frequently. They look for a bit and quickly find a very friendly tiger who is willing to help them out. June tells the tiger what to do and they slowly creep up behind Rocket. Rocket is singing is Racing song again. When the music gets slower, the tiger roars as loud as he can, causing Rocket to jump high up! The team laughs again. Rocket returns laughing as well. They listen to see if Rocket still has the hiccups and he still does! That didn't work either! June recommends using a geyser to startle the hiccups away! The team agrees with her as the run to Rocket to blast off! The run to Rocket, who hiccups and jumps over them! They run to Rocket again and make it inside this time!



BLAST OFF!!!



Rocket flies high in the sky with Leo taking him to Yellowstone national park. The Great Sky Race is ready to start and they still aren't ready! They go as quickly as they an! While flying, Big Jet again flies over and around Rocket, taunting him. The kids ignore this as they go find a geyser, They arrive at the geysers and the kids get out of Rocket. They find the perfect geyser to startle Rocket! With a wink, Leo invites Rocket over to stand right next to them, and onto the great geyser. Rocket does so happily. Rocket plays the music again and when it slows down, the geyser shoots up into the sky, bringing Rocket up with it in surprise! Rocket was very surprised and is now very wet! The kids listen to see if it worked and it still didn't work! They don't know what to do! Right then, a small little field mouse pops up, scaring Rocket badly and sending him up into the sky! The kids laugh. Rocket comes to his senses and comes back down. They listen again and Rocket's hiccups are totally gone! The mouse did it! Annie thanks the mouse as the head for the great sky race! The get inside Rocket and take off back to the race.



When they get back they see that it has already started! The have to hurry now! Rocket starts the race late and goes very, very fast. Rocket passes one plane, two, three, and four! Rocket is going fast enough to catch up by a lot! He flies around the Eiffel Tower, passing two more planes. He flies over the pyramids and passes a few more competitors. He then flies through the Grand Canyon and gets in second place, behind Big Jet! Now it is just an open field straight-away to the finish. Rocket speeds up taking the lead, then Big Jet passes Rocket again! Rocket gets just enough speed to pass Big Jet and take the lead at the last second and finishes the race in first! He did it, he won the race! Annoyed, Big Jet flies away. Rocket gets a trophy and a bushel of flowers for his victory! The kids congratulate Rocket on his victory too. The kids did it! They got rid of Rocket's hiccups AND helped him win the Great Sky Race! What a great day for them! Leo pulls out his baton and says...
