    "Abysmal"
i actually live in Australia and my son was watching this particular episode on tv recently. i loved the idea of the jump joey jump song and the particular animal talents.

I was totally disgusted when they reached "ilaroo" in the centre of Australia. Why disgusted?? because i cant believe a tv show, that seeks to educate kids all around the world, would not check the correct pronunciation of a world wide landmark, before putting it into a tv show.

Its spelt "Uluru" and is pronunced ool (like cool with out the 'c') then a, then roo.

Originally Uluru was widely and world known as Ayers Rock. Uluru is the aboriginal Word for Ayers Rock (aboriginal are our native australian race). To mis pronunce such and important land mark is not just rude, it seems to say "we care nothing for you culture" i was previuosly impressed with the lengths this show went to , to explain their use of classical music, but now i am left wondering why native australian culture is left out?

all it would of taken is a simple phone call to confirm the pronunciation and avoid a bungle like this.

I am now wondering what else may be incorrect about these shows, and i am hesitating if i should let my son watch them.moreless

Jump for Joey is one of my favorite Little Einsteins episodes. It is another fine episode where Leo, June, Annie, Quincy, and Rocket help an animal achieve it's goal. In this case it was helping Joey (a baby kangaroo) get to the Animal Talent Show. Along the way, they will help more animals get to the Talent show too, like a koala bear, and a snake too! All of the kids do what they can to help Joey get to the talent show. For example, Annie sings her jumping song. "Jump Joey go! Jump to the Talent Show! jump Joey jump! jump Joey jump!" All of the things the kids do help joey avoid troubles along the way! I could watch this one over and over again, and never get tired of it! :)moreless
