This episode starts out with June in her backyard with her telescope. She is enjoying her night by dancing and looking at the stars. June looks through her telescope and sees many stars and planets, including Saturn. Saturn begins to play beautiful music that June dances with. When June notices the music starts to get faster, she looks a Saturn to see what's wrong. June spots one of Saturn's rings falling off. The ring comes off Saturn and bounces off many planets and comets before coming down to Earth. June waves arms to signal to the ring to come to her yard. Within seconds the ring splashes down into June's garden! I does take June a little while to find the ring, but she finds it within no time at all!
Once she finds it, June introduces herself. Ring greets June with a little music and dancing! June delightfully accepts the dance and finds herself dancing away with Ring! Leo, Annie, and Quincy all hear the music June's dancing to and quickly rush over to her to see her. They all watch June and Ring dance gracefully and once they finish, they all applaud her and Ring. Ring greets the rest of the team with a playful bounce on the head. Not before long, more music plays. It's Saturn calling to Ring! Saturn says that it misses Ring, but Ring admits that he misses Saturn too. "We've got a mission!" Leo exclaims. The team rushes to the musical tree entry door and go down to Rocket. Leo explains to Rocket what's going on and that they need to get to outer space to get Ring home. Not long after that...
BLAST OFF!
The team flies higher and higher in the sky. June points out that they will need a lot more speed to break through Earth's gravity. Rocket takes out his backup booster and in no time the team is flying much faster and certainly fast enough to break through Earth's gravity. Leo continues flying higher and higher and finally the team breaks into outer space! Now the prime mission is to just get Ring home. The team flies past many comets and past a satellite! Quincy's first observation is that they can float! The whole team jumps off their chairs in Rocket to find themselves floating through the open space. The kids play with this temporary trick for a bit but then Annie makes up a song for Ring. The whole team sings it. Leo notes that the Earth is tiny and looks kind of like a marble!
Ring points out to June some bad news; A meteor is headed right for Rocket! Quincy knows that if he takes out Rocket's drum thumpers he will be able to knock the meteor away! When it gets near, Quincy is able to knock it away easily! Another meteor begins heading to them and they are able to get rid of it using the same method. Finally, the biggest meteor of all is headed to Rocket! Quincy tries to use the drum thumpers but they are tangled! June says that she knows what to do! June puts on a space suit and with Ring keeping her tied to Rocket, June goes out into outer space and does her super-spin dance move on top of the drum thumpers. She is successful in getting them untangled! Ring quickly pulls June back into Rocket. The meteor is almost about to hit Rocket! Quincy hits the drum thumpers extra fast and is barely successful in knocking the last meteor away from them. The team congratulates and thanks June and Ring for what they did.
Now that they are back on the mission, Annie says that she can hear Saturn and it is not too far away. The kids dash to their seats inside Rocket now that they know where Saturn is. After that is...
BLAST OFF!
The team flies in the direction of Saturn. Along they way they pass Mars, the red planet, and Saturn, the Largest planet. After that Rocket finds a short cut in space that will get them to Saturn faster! They go through it and it does move them along very quickly, but once they are out of the short cut they fly right into a bunch of Space goo! Rocket gets stuck in the space goo and cannot get out! While they are stuck, the kids meet some friendly aliens called "meeps". The meeps are going to help Rocket get free. Ring gives the meets something to tug on and a large group of meeps are capable of pulling Rocket out of the goo. Once the meeps get them out of the goo, the team thanks the meeps and proceed to Saturn with Ring landing on June's nose and the gang laughs.
The fly for just a few minutes before Saturn is in direct sight! The team jumps at the site of Rings home. Ring gives everybody on the team a playful bounce on the head to say thank you. June tells Ring that she will look for him through her telescope every night. Ring then finishes his good byes, he heads out of Rocket and onto Saturn! There is obviously one problem though; Ring is way to small to fit on Saturn! Leo determines that if he conducts Ring to make a crescendo, he will get larger and will be able to fit on Saturn! Leo does so, but he accidentally makes Ring too big! Now Leo needs to conduct a diminuendo to help Ring get smaller. Leo does so and makes Ring just the right size to fit in his spot around Saturn. Once Leo is done, June runs to Leo and gives him a big hug, causing Leo to smile to himself. They all look at Saturn one last time, big Ring farewell, and sing Ring's song one last time. They wave good bye to Ring and start their journey home.
Mission Completion!
