Episode Recap

This episode starts out with everybody in the Rocket Room cleaning up. Quincy introduces everybody and says that everybody is helping to clean up. Rocket pulls out several cleaning items and gets ready to start cleaning. Quincy asks Rocket if he's ready and Rocket responds with a few xylophone sounds. "Ready," Quincy exclaims, "Set, GO!" everybody shouts and Rocket begins cleaning incredibly fast. He's dusting and vacuuming and in to time at all the Rocket Room is almost completely clean. Quincy points out that Rocket only has to dust his books and then he'll be done! Rocket does so and as he picks up one the books a small slip of paper falls out of one of them. The team looks at it carefully and quickly sees that the paper has a drawing of a machine. The machine then starts to make music and spin around. Quincy points out that the machine as three pieces. The first piece turns around and around. The second piece claps, and the third piece moves up and down to the music. After that, Annie realizes that the machine can make something. Something that involves balloons, presents, and cake. Leo figures out that the machine makes birthdays! It can make today anybodies birthday! The team loves this idea so the decide that they are going to make this machine and make today everybody's birthday! The team heads to Rocket and Rocket opens his door. The kids get ready to blast off and not long after...

BLAST OFF!



Soon the team is flying high in the sky in search of the three pieces! Quincy looks at the drawing of the machine to see what they need to find. They need to find the first piece of the machine that spins around and around. Annie is fond of the music that the machine plays and makes up a song to go with it. "Use your hands for turning, turning, turning, turning, clapping, clapping, up down!" The team applauds Annie for her great song as they all sing it over and over! It is not long afterwards that they hear something! It's the first piece of the birthday machine. The team follows the music and June says that it's in Florence Italy. The team lands where the hear the music coming from. The kids get out of Rocket and go inside a large building. June informs everybody that they are at the Laurentian Library, and that it's one of the oldest library's in the world! They all hear the music coming from inside and so they all dash up a small set of stairs into the library. Once inside, Annie points out that it is massive! June begins to worry that they won't be able to find the first piece in a place as big as this. But just after that, Quincy spots that first piece on the second floor of the library! Unfortunately there are no stairs in the library to get the second floor! Annie jumps off the ground when she sees a bunch of books dancing off the shelves. The books fly around the kids and Annie asks if they'll help them get the first piece. The books say they'll help and begin to for a staircase. More books come to help out, and than many more come too and finally they is a stair case of books leading to the second floor! Quincy runs up, grabs the first piece and comes back down. The kids thank the books and head back to Rocket.



Now that they have the first piece of the birthday machine, the kids sing the birthday machine song again. Quincy looks at the drawing of the machine and the team sets off looking for the second piece; the clapping piece. After a bit of careful listening, Annie hears the clapping piece. It's in Venice Italy! Rocket transforms into a gondola and takes the kids sailing down the canals. The flow down the canal for a while and Annie hears the second piece and Quincy spots it on top of a bridge! Suddenly the second piece falls off the bridge and into a blue gondola! Rocket chases the gondola through a long series of canals and finally catches up with it. Just as they are about to grab the second piece, a green gondola rumps into the blue one and knocks the second piece into the water! Without any delay, Rocket transforms into a submarine and follows the second piece under water. Rocket uses his grab nabbers and successfully gets the second piece! He gives it to the team and Quincy puts it together with the first piece. With the turning piece and the clapping piece, the kids only have to find the piece that moves up and down!



BLAST OFF!



The kids continue their search for the birthday machine parts and sing Annie's birthday machine song again. Rocket uses the look-and-listen scope and in no time finds the third piece of the birthday machine all the way at the leaning tower pisa. Rocket flies the kids all the way right next the tower and they disembark. The kids hear the third piece at the very top and they run around and around all the way to the top! Once they get to the top, the team has to choose between three pieces that look the same. One of the them is the real third piece. The find the right one and Quincy carries it back down the tower to Rocket. He gives it to Rocket and Rocket assembles the birthday machine.



Once it's ready, it begins to play music. It starts to spin, clap, and move up and down. The team helps give the machine power by singing the birthday machine song. After singing it a few times, the birthday machine is activated! All of a sudden, balloons and presents are shooting of the machine! Goodie bags, party hats, and cake are coming too! Everybody begins cheering as the birthday makes it everybody's birthday! Everybody is getting presents and everything! The machine even makes it the Leaning Tower's birthday! The flying books come from the library and celebrate their birthday too! The team wishes EVERYBODY a happy birthday!
