This episode starts out with the kids all at the beach! Leo introduces himself along with the rest of the team, who are making a big sand castle! Leo introduces Rocket, but when he turns around he cannot find Rocket! The team looks for him and Annie spots Rocket out in the ocean okaying with his new friend, Little Whale! The team cheers for Rocket! Annie sings the same song that Little Whale sings. The team hears some music playing far away and it turns out to be Little Whale's mother calling him! She says that it's time to go home. Little Whale, sighing, goes with his family and says good-bye to Rocket! The kids talk about Little Whale's large family for a while! Leo says that it is probably time to go too. He calls for Rocket and says that it's time for snack time! Rocket agrees and flies over to the kids as they all get aboard! They fly up in the air, high in the sky and head back for the Rocket Room, yet Rocket doesn't seem happy.
Rocket flies into the Rocket Room as the kids get out to enjoy their snacks. Once the kids are down eating, they all realize that Rocket isn't happy at all. Leo asks what's wrong and Rocket answers by telling the team that he misses Little Whale! The team says that they can get him back to Little Whale! The team makes it their mission to get Rocket back to play with Little Whale! To Rocket! Rocket opens his door, greeting the kids as they enter and then...
BLAST OFF!!!
The team flies high in the sky above the clouds and into the direction of the ocean! The team sings Little Whale's song a few times before they arrive at the ocean! Once they are there, Rocket transforms into a submarine and dives deep in the ocean blue! They swim around a large school of fish, and around the Great Barrier Reef and with Rocket's sonar beeping to the beat, they still can't find Little Whale! The check behind an anonyme and still can't find him. Quincy has an idea to find Little Whale! Quincy pulls out a French Horn and plays Little Whale's song to listen for an answer. The first answer that they get belongs to a sea turtle. Disappointed, the team continues on their search. Annie asks the sea turtle if he has seen Little Whale, and he says yes while showing them which way to go! They thank the sea turtle and continue. Rocket swims extra fast to get to Little Whale, but they need to go faster! There is a squid right behind them! Rocket speeds up a lot and zooms far away from the squid chasing them. Rocket goes extra, extra fast as the kids chant "Accelerando," and he is quickly able to get away from the squid. The team wants to cheer, but Annie points out a large school of puffer fish ahead!
The puffer fish puff up, showing their spines! This can hurt Rocket if Rocket touches them! The kids all shout "Ritardando," and slowly get through the large school of puffer fish without even a single scratch! They got away from a squid and through a school of puffer fish, but now there is a shark after them! The kids all scream "Accelerando" again to speed up Rocket and get away from they shark! They shout again and finally get far away from the shark! They did it! They got away! The team thanks Rocket for swimming so quickly. The kids a confused and they don't know how to find Little Whale now! Rocket lets up his parascope and it reveals that they are in Orchestra Ocean! Quincy knows that if he plays Little Whale's song, one of the musical instruments will hear and help them find Little Whale! Quincy plays the song and a French Horn answers them, leading them in the direction of Little Whale!
The French Horn leads them to a large series of coral tunnels! The French Horn went to quickly though and they lost sight of it! The listen to the tunnels to find it, and they are able to find the French Horn down the second coral tunnel! The are ready to go down the second tunnel when a large school of scorpion fish swim out of the third tunnel, and charge Rocket! Rocket swims quickly down the second tunnel, arriving at two more tunnels! Again, the French Horn is down the second tunnel! Another large school of Scorpion fish come out of the other tunnel! Once they are out of the tunnels, they team meets up with the French Horn again and can find Little Whale again! Rocket is very excited about finding his friend again! Quincy pulls out his own french horn to call Little Whale, but when he plays the song, Little Whale cannot hear him! Annie says that they need more music to help Little Whale hear them! Rocket has a plan1 Rocket uses his Rocket-Raiser to bring up several conch shell to the kids! June says that you can't play them, but Quincy shows them that they can play them just by blowing in them. Quincy then plays his french horn while the rest of the team plays conch shells to call to Little Whale! They make great music in the tune of Little Whale's song! Right after that, Little Whale hears them! Little Whale comes right for Rocket as the two break out playing with each other right away! The team did it! They were able to reunite Little Whale and Rocket! Leo pulls out his baton and announces,
