The Doc's Aunt Ruth arrives for the funeral and learns that she has inherited the farm while the Doc finds out that one of the pall bearers isn't up to the job and that Aunt Ruth may well have some medical problems of her own. A couple of days of working with the Doc and trying to cope with their baby leave Louisa exhausted and desperate to find a new receptionist for the practice.
