    • TRIVIA (3)

      • Continuity: When Quinn arrives at the farm, his overcoat is wet from the rain. Midway through the scene, it is suddenly dry.

      • Equipment Visible: When the Doctor is speaking to Quinn in his cottage, the boom mike shadow moves over Quinn's face.

      • It is repeatedly stated that the reptile people were from the Silurian Period (436 to 408 million years ago). The production team received a wave of correspondence from viewers pointing that this was certainly wrong, and the Doctor takes the opportunity in The Sea Devils to note that this was a mistake by the man who discovered them, and that they should be called Eocenes. (The Eocene Period was some 34 to 55 million years ago.)
