What villian from the old show would you like to see on the new show?

The Celestial Toy Maker. The way the story ended it would allow a new actor to play the part and the Doctor talked about a past & future between him and the Toy Maker.

After listening to the CD The Daleks' Master Plan I would like to see the Doctor get another shot at the Monk. I bet Doctor #11 would drive him over the edge.

Yes, I want some more stories with them. In most episodes they were bad but in one story (the Peladon one), they were shown to be clever and good!

But when the Doctor returned to Peladon (#73 The Monster of Peladon) the Ice Warriors had taken control of the mining and using the people of Peladon as force labor. Can not remember if it was explain the change in the Ice Warriors or if it was part of the plan in #61 The Curse of Peladon. I think the two stories took place 50 of Peladon years apart. Have to go back and watch them again. The Curse of Peladon has always been my 8 years old top story of the old ones. When she was younger she called it "The Monster Pig" story.

I agree. The Raston Warrior is great in the Five Doctors. We should find out more about him/his builders in a good story.

That's it. The robot was only created for The Five Doctors. It never appeared in any other stories.

I just saw the Ice Warriors in the Peladon story on tv. Why haven't they brought back this monster in the new tv series!

Without a doubt, the Zygons. Also wouldn't mind seeing the Krinoids and/or Axons (same outfits-different colors), a return to the realms of either the Celestial Toymaker or the Land of Fiction from The Mind Robber, Fenric and the third & final meeting with the Great Intelligence.
