    • TRIVIA (1)

      • Plot Hole: Palmerdale and the others hear someone on the stairs. Skinsale opens the door and, despite Reuben being right in front of him, looks downstairs and calls out to the Doctor before turning and suddenly spotting the lumbering keeper.

    • QUOTES (3)

      • Palmerdale: If there is something on this rock, we should stick together!
Skinsale: What, on the principle that it may satisfy its appetite before it reaches you?

      • [The Doctor and Leela peer through a hole she smashed in a door with a sledge hammer.]
Doctor: The Malicious Damage Act 1861, covers lighthouses.
        Leela: What?
        Doctor: Nothing.

      • Harker: Reuben's alright, Miss.
        Leela: What did you say?
Harker: I said, "Reuben's alright." I've just seen 'im.
        Leela: Are you certain?
        Harker [ nodding ]Mm-hmm...
The Doctor: Got it! U by Q over R.
Leela: Doctor, did you hear that?
        The Doctor: Ssshhhh!
        Leela: What are you doing?
The Doctor: I'm thinking. Yes, it's certainly been here. You see in the space of landing an electrically charged body, there occurs an electric potential which is proportional to the charge, Q, and inversely proportional to the distance, R, from the centre... Where is he?
        Harker: What?
        Leela: Who?
The Doctor: Reuben. I thought you said you'd seen him.
Harker: Uh yessir... Uh, going upstairs, looking like he'd seen a ghost.
The Doctor: And why didn't you tell me?
        Harker: I told Miss, sir.
The Doctor: Why am I standing here, wasting my time trying to work out its size?
        Harker: Well, I dunno, sir?
The Doctor: If Reuben's seen, he can tell us.
Leela: That is what I thought, but, of course, I'm only a savage.
        Doctor: Come on, savage.
