(This is a review of all four parts of Terror of the Zygons)
Originally intended as the closing serial of Series Twelve, Terror of the Zygons was put back several months so that it could start off Series Thirteen. This had the effect of book ending Tom Baker's first year as The Doctor with two of the weakest storylines in his career on the show, Robot and Revenge of the Cybermen. But, with its storyline involving the classic myth of the Loch Ness Monster and the return of former companion Brigadier Lethbridge Stewart ‘Zygons’ launches season thirteen off to a highly memorable and very fun start. The fourth part of Zygons saw the final appearance of Ian Marter as Harry Sullivan.
