    • TRIVIA (3)

      • Continuity: Varga's helmet is different in this episode than later ones. It does not cover his chin, as it does in all later episodes.

      • Equipment Visible: When Arden is wheeling the ice warrior down the hall, a boom mike floats in from the right side, halfway down the hallway.

      • Clent tells the Doctor that the Ice Age came about because of a shortage of plantlife. Since the plants were not around to create CO2, the planet cooled. In fact, the opposite is true. Plants consume carbon dioxide and the lack of them would mean more in the air and higher temperatures (the greenhouse effect).
