Every Dog has his day...in court.
A Daly City, California, man has filed a civil lawsuit in the US District Court of San Francisco against Dog the bounty hunter, aka Duane Chapman. The suit, which is seeking damages from him, his bail bond outfit, the network A&E, and the Daly City police, claims that Simaile "Cisco" Lutu's character was damaged as a result of incidents that were filmed and aired on the show.
The suit says Chapman and his posse accosted Lutu on May 24, as Lutu was practicing football with his teammates of the semi-pro Daly City Renegades. Mistaking Lutu for the man they were hunting, Samu Savea, Chapman's son Leland attempted to tackle Lutu.
