Beth and her father have a very close and loving relationship. It appears that this was not always true, but they resolved their differences from when Beth was younger. It was very sad to watch Beth with her father, but it was important to see Beth in the role of daughter instead of her usual wife/mother/lover/bail bonds goddess persona!

I\'m confused about the houses. In the beginning of the episode it looks like Beth and Dog are at a small house and Beth is writing a card in the kitchen. Who\'s house is that? Then later, when they return to Colorado to and Dog sees the eagle, they are at a gorgeous mansion with lots of windows and very nice furniture...

I missed this episode when it originally aired, but saw it last night. I cried buckets, and my kids thought I was crazy!moreless
