Last Post Wins. Basically, we just talk about whatever we want until some predetermined number of posts and whoever gets that last post makes the new thread title.

Is this the thread that we can converse freely in? I liked how Mr. Nasty said that Jay had no problem defiling it first..that was a good chuckle. Is today your second smoke-free day Jay? Cuz if it is, well, hot diggity, great scott, good job man!

LPW means Last Post Wins. Whoever gets the ending post (like 500th, or 1000th) wins and they get the new LPW thread named after them. And yep, we can talk freely here.

Yeah, takes time. Practice every day and you'll be Jemima Hendrix before you know it.

I'm still waiting for the tips of my fingers to callous, it doesn't feel too good sliding them on the strings.

    Jemima Hendrix?

So just to be clear, how are we gonna pick the LPW number? Cause I got my win snatched over on the Buffy forum. Just want to make sure I'm aiming for the right post this time. 500 or 1000?

    Hey DUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Just kidding, hey Adam.

I actually have no problem with calling you Adam so it must've been the flawed logic of my sleepless state last night. Sorry about that, I was kinda crazy with the whole dude thing.

I was thinking because of how much we seem to post, it should be higher... BUT, since we don't want it getting too high... Shall we put the cap at 3,000? It's a nice not-completely-random-seeming number if you ask me.

Yes, your posts always make me laugh even when they're not supposed to be funny. I laughed for like 10 minutes straight at your "My arms hurt." post in the LPW because it was so random.

Doug that was a fantastic introduction-tribute speech thing that you wrote at the end of the DOT thread, I felt SO PROUD, like a momma, reading what you wrote, like I felt honored to be part of the Dollhouse community, and share the joys of posting so much with everybody else. You wrote that superbly, and you explained it quite well, I hope nobody takes offense, or has any qualms about posting in here, I think it's rather very inviting.

Much more inviting than either the Angel and Buffy forums are, not to offend anybody who regularly posts in there, but a newbie just joining in does feel a bit awkward and tense, just as Doug mentioned, a little bird flying for the first time into a hailstorm, or even a tornado for that matter. lol

And thanks for your response to how your mum is doing Kat, I feel better knowing that. Does she want a big SUV or a smaller one like a Honda Pilot? Because depending on how much stuff you plan on hauling around, and how many people will be using the car, I'd probably go with the mid-sized SUV rather than those big hulking white things. Although I do have a bias towards Hondas...a Honda Pilot is my dream car. Yeah I know...not a flashy sports car.
