You can't watch it online? I promise I won't tell anyone, because I know you want to get the DVD.

As soon as I saw the steam I was thinking, "Get out of the car!" Cuz I didn't want to blow up with me inside. So I stood on the median, called my parents, then I called Triple A, (and they've saved me so many times in the past, so I'm so glad I have a membership with them), and they called a cop to keep me safe.

The cop came and parked behind my car with his lights flashing so people wouldn't rear-end me. That's what I was afraid of, I did have my hazard lights on, but still, people are clue-less when driving, most of the time anyways.

My dad finally got it started and the cop followed him to a McDonald's, and then the tow truck came, and towed us to a car parts store to buy the part I needed, and then towed me back home.

It was so nice of him to do that, because he didn't have to tow me to 2 places, he could've just left me at the parts store and then I would've been completely SOL.

    Awww, that's rotten for you.

Apparently, it won't be necessary to have seen E1 in order to understand all the stuff in season 2 anyway and you can always catch it some day when you get the DVD. Maybe for a Christmas present?

I'm fine. I'm glad it was still light out when I got off from work, because I've been so *blessed* with having all these night shifts lately. As I was driving home..my car sputtered, and then I saw (I thought it was smoke, but it turned out to be steam) coming from the engine, and my car stopped in the middle of the road.

Thankfully I was close to the median, so I wasn't in the middle of traffic.

Yikes, that sucks, Eleni. I hope your dad can fix it all up and you don't need to spend loads of money on it.

I'm great, but bummed because my car is kinda broken. I think my dad is gonna fix it today when he gets off of work, but meantime, my mom has to drive me to work----how embarassing! Kinda brings me back to when she drove me to school. lol

Hehe, just get her to park round the corner so nobody sees you get out.

My parents have a lot nicer cars than I do, so I really don't mind her dropping me off in front of the store.

My friend texted me and told me of another person they fired from work. They're getting rid of all the slackers, and people who don't work real hard, they've been weeding them out...it's almost a bit scary to find out all this information, I'm sure I'm doing fine, my supervisor keeps telling me I'm doing fine and all, and I'm the only one in the dept (except for him and this other woman) who's gotten referral certified, so hopefully I'm not goin' anywhere.

And I think the assistant manager likes me. Which is always a good sign, I think. He knows my name, as opposed to a bunch of other people that he doesn't really know their names.

The parts my dad needed cost $14, and he had to buy 2 gallons of anti-freeze. So not too bad, he needs to take my old hose w/ a hole in it off, re-clamp the new hose on, and put anti-freeze in my vehicle.

So, I'm SO THANKFUL that it's not worse than that, because I can't afford to get a new/used car at the moment. I need my car to last me at least several more months.

I don't think I'll ever get the DVD (costs too much money) and I can't download stuff on my computer. I can only watch it on YouTube, but it's not there.

    Glad you're OK, Eleni.

Yeah, you'll be alright. Show those slackers how it's done!

$30? You could just go without food for a few days to raise the funds. That's what a superfan would do.

Very funny! It'll be my Christmas list of tv show dvds that I want to get like the last season of Criminal Minds and The Mentalist.

That's actually quite cheap for a boxed set of tv dvds, it's a great price, it's about as much as True Blood cost.

I'm glad we agree! I paid less for the boxed set of Firefly, I think it only cost about 20 dollars. And Target advertizes previous seasons of Family Guy at about $13 a set, which is fantastic, imo.

Ok, gotta go and get ready for work, y'all don't behave.
