Sorry, that according to EzyDVD Epitaph One isn't on the Australian DVDs.

It's still not listed as being on the Australian DVDs, so maybe it won't be but yes, it definitely did air on television. Apparently Fox decides what gets put onto the DVD for each season, so Australia may get Epitaph 1 or they may choose to leave it out. It'll be weird though if Epitaph 2 is on the second season DVD. Maybe they WILL pit 1 and 2 on the second season release because that's what they've been talking about doing. Who knows? We'll have to wait and see.

No, I doubt it won't be released. In the UK and Ireland, it was the biggest selling box set the week of its release, at least I'm sure it was.

Plus it's a Joss show. There will be too big a demand for it!

I agree I read somewhere I think Dollhouse wiki that fox had agreed for a dvd release it's probably just a matter of time.

It's probably not high on their list since it didn't have all the ratings but still Terminator got a DVD so should we.

Not completely positive this is official, but it looks like we have the season 2 cover art as well.

Still no release date though, which is quite frustrating. I'd guess sometime in September, possibly as late as early October. I hope I'm pleasantly surprised and they plop its release date in the middle of July. Then again I also hope it sells so remarkably well that it earns more than Avatar made at the box office and FOX realizes what a mega-hit they had on their hands and brings it back like they did Family Guy, and we get an awesome further three or four seasons detailing life after the thoughtpocalypse with loads of flashbacks to before it happened to fill us all in, and Felicia Day will be a series regular but magically still have plenty of time to produce her independent web series, and it'll finally explain Whiskey's pre-Dollhouse backstory and what her relation to Topher was. So yeah, if wishes were horses...

I saw that picture too, the first season dvd didn't sell very well however so I'm not to positive this one will either. But on a high note I just got one of my friends hooked on it, she started watching it on netflix and watched all but the last episode in 2 days.

    A release date at last!

According to Dollverse, on October 12th it will be released in the U.S. on DVD and Blu-Ray.

The artwork available at that link (posted below) is for the Blu-Ray and is probably exactly the same as the DVD, except for the blue trim. It's slightly different from the artwork Amazon had for the item before. It's lacking the "anyone can happen" catchphrase I liked and instead says "Dollhouse" again, I guess to clarify what show the DVDs are of for people who can't read the letters in their little tower form. It's said to have deleted scenes and commentaries (as I'd expect it to), and apparently some cryptic terribly exciting thing we can't know yet.

    I'm excited!
    Anyone else?
