Okay, it really bugs me how people are giving this show such low scores [like 1s and 2s, come on, seriously, NO show deserves a 1 or 2], when most of the episodes are absolutely amazing. So, how would you guys [the actual fans] rate each episode. Here my list:

    1. Ghost - 8

    2. The Target - 8.5

    3. Stage Fright - 7

    4. Gray Hour -8

    5. True Believer -8

    6. Man on the Street - 7.5

    7. Echoes - 8.5

    8. Needs - 9

    9. Spy in the House of Love -8 1

    0. Haunted – 8.5 1

    1. Briar Rose - 9

    12. Omega – 9.5

Why is The Target getting such high scores? Did I miss the good bit in that episode?

The Target was my favourite of the first 5 episodes. Just thought it was a massive improvement on the pilot.

Hey, you asked. This thing you have against Pulmonary involvement rules out porphyria is really getting old. What gives?

And what really shocked me was the person who rated "The Target" above "Needs" and "Spy in the House of Love". And the original poster, who thought "Man on the Street" was somehow worse than "Ghost", "The Target", "Gray Hour", and "True Believer".

I didn't hate The Target (I enjoyed it more than "Ghost", but that could change on repeat viewings), but I didn't think there was anything that made it a great episode, whereas episodes like "Needs" and "Spy in the House of Love", there are things I could point to and say, "See, that is one of the reasons why this episode is fantastic". The only things The Target really had going for it were the flashbacks to the Alpha incident and the bit at the end where Echo remembers the thing the guy taught her. Really not enough to put the episode above any of the episodes after number five, if you ask me.
I also don't see how anyone can be so against "Man on the Street" (or so for the five before it?). It's generally agreed by everyone from the fans to reviewers to the cast that episodes 6-12 are a step up from episodes 1-5. I'd like to know what people saw in those five earliest episodes that they thought "Man on the Street" was lacking.

What? I've just read enough of his posts that I don't value his opinion on anything. It's not a "thing".

Besides, when I asked what people liked about the episode, his reply was basically "I liked it". I mean, seriously ....

You seem more highly critical of him than anyone else. If I had said a show had a great plot and great characters, I don't think you would have made a thing out of it. And at times, it comes off as rather petty. I don't know. It just bothers me.

Well then why do you feel the need to comment on my posts so much? There have been times when I have posted something that has nothing to do with you whatsoever but you still feel the need to post some "funny" remark on it. If you don't like what I post, don't read it. Simple as.

    Fair enough.

If I've overstepped the mark and hurt your feelings then you have my sincere apologies. It's not my intention to make anyone here uncomfortable. I'm doing it wrong so I'll tone it down.

I'm in Australia where we have only seen the pilot so far, and The Target airs on Tuesday - I think it's really interesting how some people give it really high scores, and others give it incredibly low ones. It must be one of those love-it-or-hate-it things - I don't know what to think!!
