America didn't get E1? That blows, E2 wasn't that great tho in my opinion, it wasn't as emotional or entertaining as E1 and plus no Amy Acker? Please, It was doomed from the start!

Well she did have a pretty bad ending in E1, so that's probably why she wasn't in E2.

If I remember correctly, Amy Acker was only able to do three (?) episodes of Dollhouse this season because of scheduling conflicts with her other show, right? Making her last episode "The Hollow Men", an episode written *after* they found out Dollhouse had been canceled.

Does anyone else think she would have been better utilized in Epitaph Two? In all fairness, Whiskey!Clyde wasn't particularly necessary, nor did it add much to the plot.

But they weren't able to pick which episode she was going to be in, right? Or maybe I'm just super confused when it all comes down to it.

Epitaph One is on the Season 1 DVD. But most people watched it online.

Outside of Zone, the pint-sized messiah and Felicia Day, was there really anything in Epitaph One that was mandatory to get Epitaph 2? (Well, crazy Topher, maybe)

I mean, correct me if I'm wrong, didn't the last episode end like "Gee guys, I guess we saved the world" *BOOM* (10 Years Later) Apacalypse Nowish. I'm not imagining that right. All of that was also set up by Clyde in the Attic episode and was a theme going back to Man on the Street.

I can't believe some people are complaining this much. We should be the LAST people to complain about a show's ending considering many shows don't sadly get one. It was perfectly acted out. Eliza's performance through Echo's breakdown was award worthy.

That's pretty much true. But still.

    That's true.

Still, to each their own. I'm not a big fan of E1, but I was hoping for something better. I was expecting Dollhouse to go out with a bang. Instead, it barely went out with a whimper.

Actually... Something else I've just decided now to be annoyed about. The whole Maggie is a lesbian thing.. That was at least 2 minutes of time that could have been better spent on Alpha or a bit of Boyd motives.

    Grrrr.

One thing that didn't bug me but I felt weird about was that whole "Echo making Ballard's imprint a part of her". Adding a new personality in your head, and it being one of your boyfriend, isn't sweet/romantic like it tried to pretend it was.

Agreed. If they wanted to do that, they should have had an Echo/Bennett sex scene a few episodes ago.

Actually they should have done that anyway.

But something felt different about that whole thing. Like he wasn't just another personality she could flip the switch and be him, it was more like he was a separate entity in her head and she, Echo, could talk to him, like how they showed at the end.
