|Of course Boyd as the bad is foreshadowed in "The Attic."|
Can you refresh our memory about where?
I'm baffled and a little ticked off about the Boyd reveal. My reaction was at first, "Huh?" and then "Come on! . If 1) he's the leader of Rossum and 2) trying to preserve his company, from a bad guy leadership viewpoint, Boyd's actions over the last two seasons make no sense! I hate it when the bad guy does something stupid like talk too long or let the good guys get too close to the prize before pulling the trigger. And I don't buy the "keep your enemies closer" logic. Boyd has actively helped bring his own company down when he could have stopped things at any moment (either the bad guys or his own company). What??!!! Last we saw he broke the neck of the guy who could have rid him of the Echo/Caroline threat forever.
So either he's not the bad guy but trying to bring Rossum down (although why he'd use such a convoluted manner is beyond me) or he's not really the leader of Rossum or he's totally psycho or I don't know. Joss better (and probably does) have a good reason for this because it MAKES NO SENSE. I'm miffed enough about this to dig up this forum where I've never posted before, READ through 4 pages of postings, and finally comment. Anybody else out there with me?
