My immediate reaction to this one?

The first time I saw the senator's wife, I said "She's a Doll." Then I dismissed that idea because it was ridiculous.

Then, this episode, when the senator and the wife started their little lovefest "I'm your white knight" "I'm your beautiful damsel," I said, "Yep, she's a Doll."

Then, the whole "She's perfect," I said "Can we stop the anvils falling? Joss, what's wrong with you? It was obvious from the getgo she was a Doll!"

Then, she was revealed to be a Doll, and I just didn't care anymore.

    And then... then!

Wow, wow, wow! Joss, I underestimated you. I so was not expecting Alexis Denisof to be a Doll! And it was a nice touch for him to be a Doll version of himself.

I love Alexis Denisof. And I loved seeing Alexis and Elisha in the same scene again. She was so channeling Faith in that scene. And, no matter what, he will always be Westley. I cracked up at Elisha punching out Alexis with one punch. Yep. Pretty much par for the course. And I loved to see the twisted, bizarro D.C. Dollhouse. Interesting that D.C. has Greek gods and goddesses, while L.A. has the military alphabet for call signs for the dolls. I wonder why. And we'll probably never be able to get answers for that.

And love Summer Glau. I like her characters little bouts of obsessive compulsion. She's a calmer, eerier Topher. But, how does she know Caroline?????

Wow, what a twist! Alexis is playing a doll!

And I loved the way they blended the current fight scene with past ones.

Pretty good episode overall, well executed and engaging throughout for the most part; the plot twist was definitely surprising and wonderfully implemented into the storyline.

Amazing Episode! I love the twist with the senator being a doll. I like the end of the episode with Summer Glau being all evil-ish.

I knew that whole "white night, damsel" thing had to be a code or something. And then when they revealed her to be his handler, I remembered the trust thing Boyd had with Echo.

And it's so cool to see Alexis and Eliza together again. It's been since Angel season four I believe, about 2002 I think.

Okay, I won't say that I saw Alexis as a doll coming, but it didn't really surprise me, either. There was something about the glimpses we've seen that didn't ring true and I was glad to see those delivered upon.

I did not see Senator Perrin's wife being a complete and total bitka coming. When I saw that Alexis was the doll, I went to assuming that she was the target. NOPE.

Seriously can't say how much I'm digging having Alexis and Summer on the show. Definately an upgrade which seems all the more likely to make me miss DH that much more.

Episode definately saw the intensity raised a few notches.

Say what you will about about Fox and their handling of Dollhouse, had I been forced to go a week between these two episodes, I might have gone a little crazy.

They've had like five Whedonverse alums already: Eliza, Amy, Alan, Alexis, and Summer.

Like everyone already said, I totally didn't see the Perrin is a doll thing coming. I feel like I have whiplash from all the twists. Right before I saw the episode someone said on Twitter "OMG! Faith and Wesley. She's tied him up before, hasn't she?" I was mad at the spoiler but it still made me squee.

I wonder what it was like for them to be in bed together. Alexis looks very different from season four Wes.

They HAVE to stop getting characters to say "I know what I know".. Gives me flashbacks to Epitaph one.

An excellent episode. I loved it all, especially the Adelle parts and I LOLed at "You just woke a lot of people up... and they all think you're a b*tch". Great line. And Summer Glau's character is crazy.

This episode didn't really do it for me. Too many quick twists and turns and not enough actual shock value.

As much as I like Alexis Denisof as an actor, I'm not really digging him as Perrin.

The best bit was the introduction to Bennet at the end.
