    "Briar Rose"

    Ballard's investigation leads him to the agoraphobic designer of the Dollhouse (guest star Alan Tudyk); Echo helps a young girl deal with her traumatic past; Adelle goes to the Attic in search of answers; and Alpha reveals himself to set his end game in motion.


    "Omega" - Season Finale

    Alpha's reign of terror continues as his obsession with Echo endangers Caroline's survival; Ballard must make a life-changing decision; and one Doll is permanently deactivated while another's shocking past is revealed.

    OMFG!!! Alpha will be seen in just TWO weeks!!!! And what do you guys think about the "two dolls"? Sadly, as much as I love them, I think Victor's getting deactivated and Sierra's getting the shocking past. It just sounds like Joss to give the epic relationship a tragic ending.

    My money is on that Ballard is alpha and he doesn't even know it. I'm thinking this will be the big surprise.

    Save your money. Think about it: why in the world would Adelle allow Alpha to wreak havoc on her operation if she had a camera in his apartment the whole time? If he is as dangerous as she says, she would not be playing Candid Camera with him, but instead be sending in a legion of Dolls (or at least armed men) to bring him down for real.

    Besides, Alan Tudyk is confirmed to be playing Alpha.

    Actually, no. That's just a rumor and given recent casting revelations, probably not correct anyway.

    May be a rumor, but given that Joss said we were not supposed to recognize Alpha the first time we saw him, I still believe Alan's going to be playing him. Otherwise, the characters of the Dollhouse creator (portrayed by Alan Tudyk) and Alpha both arriving in the same episode is entirely too coincidental.

    Besides, I could see Adelle "dollifying" the creator so he would not go spreading his secrets around. Heck, I'd go on a killing spree after a "treatment" like that.

    But hey, I'd rather be surprised, so let's see what happens. Besides, the half-naked dude in "Ghost" looked nothing like Alan Tudyk (from the back, anyways...), so if he is indeed Alpha, as some have speculated, maybe THAT guy's cameo is meant to be the appearance of Alpha before we know who he is.

    The half naked dude looked like Nathan Fillion, which then got me all excited thinking that he was playing Alpha. Turns out, the half naked dude was just a stand in extra. Whedon didn't want to give any clues away as to who was playing Alpha.

    Tudyk's in Briar Rose, as his character, Stephen Kelper is the designer of the Dollhouse. This Stephen character is also Alpha.

    Yes, but have you ever seen a naked Alan? If not, check out a movie called Death At A Funeral. He spends a good portion of that movie running around naked. I used to have a still as my icon, but TV.com made me take it off.

    Much as I love Nathan Fillion and Alan Tudyk, I'd much rather see Jewel Staite as naked Alpha. That would be dreamy. Oooh or Miracle Laurie! That'd even be twisty with the story line!
