  • Vinnie doesn't want to join the family business of selling showerheads and it causes tension between him and his father.

This was one of the more average episodes. The potential was there for it to be really good and for Vinnie to really shine and have a few emotional scenes. But apart for one scene where he thinks he is speaking to his father through the door it just didn't happen.

The actor who was playing Mr. Delpino just didn't do a good job, IMHO. Also the scenes where they were making advertisements for the showerheads were corny at best. It really took away from the atmosphere.

That said, there were a couple of really good moments in the episode.. and Dr. Howser Sr. really shines in the scene where he goes to meet Mr. Delpino.moreless
