  • Goodson-Todman pulled a role reversal & used ABC's ceiling limit.

Except for Beat The Clock & panel shows, Goodson-Todman games always favored female contestants (Match Game7X, Now You See It are some examples) with an occasional male player once in awhile.

Double Dare finally turned the tables. Why? Because the contestant coordinators were crazy over walrus mustaches. By the time they found normal people, the show was yanked in favor of "Here's Lucy" reruns.

Before Jeopardy!, Alex Trebek did his first hard quiz show. And like Ken Jennings who dominated Jeopardy!, Alan Lusher was their version of Ken. Alan went undefeated, winning 8 games & $20,500. Alan also was on Jeopardy! hack in 1985.

Strange that this show was on CBS, it followed ABC's winnings cap of $20,000, instead of $25,000 like most CBS games. On the other hand, Family Feud (Dawson) & The Better Sex followed CBS's $25,000 limit cap (though both shows were on ABC).
  • Bring It Back!

I really want to be an editor of a TV show, so How do I do that?? It doesn't matter what, I can be the editor of anything.

This show was hosted by Alex Trebek. And if you search this show, you will probably get The Double Dare Show by Nick. So if you search this, then also type in "Alex Trebek".

This is an interesting game show and needs to be brought back again. It's one of the better of the 70's game shows, since many of them are very boring. I don't know why it wasn't on longer. It should have been and maybe Alex Trebek will host it again soon. Unfortuneately, there are still way too many reality shows on TV. Some of them, like "Girls Vs. Boys" is fake!
