Since Nick doesn't make game shows anymore, it wouldn't help.

Just because he wants to come back doesn't mean Nick would remake the show. Nick GAS is even going away at the end of the year and moving all shows online. Most likely Nick won't have another game show for a long time

I beg to differ the writing is on the wall nickelodeon, game shows have become extremly popular again and disney's find a kid who can lip sinc that eight year old girls will have a crush on fad is dying. It is getting obvious that nick must tread known territory to get an edge on disney once again and double dare is the perfect solution.
