      • Pat: Typically, people are a little afraid of grilling pork chops. (beat) I ain't scared.

      • (While sautéing the veggies for the stuffing.)
Gina: This bacon is gonna give it a nice smoky flavor. Some kind of way, we gonna always find some pig to go in our feel good.

      • (To Gina, after pouring a light beer into the quick bread mix.)
Pat: If you wasn't here, I'da saved me a little corner on that beer. Instead of 12 ounces, it'd been 10 or eight ounces.
Gina: (talking over him) You don't– you don't need any beer! (he starts laughing)

    • NOTES (3)

      • The set has undergone a radical makeover for this season. The dark cabinetry of the first two seasons is now light and a small island is in the center of the kitchen. The refrigerator has moved to the adjacent right wall, and there is now a door to the outside where the ovens were located on a wall. There is still a counter closest to the camera, but it's former place is taken by the island, and now certain camera angles reveal a dining/living room area beyond it. The single sink on the closest counter is now a double sink on the right adjacent wall beside the refrigerator, approximately where the former entrance to the set was. The current entrance to the set is from the left through the new living area. The ovens have been moved to the left adjacent wall where the refrigerator was, and more counter space is available beside it, filled with kitchen appliances, etc. Where before there was a pantry or closet with a bulletin board on the left, now the walls meet in a corner. The microwave on the back wall is now to the left of the ovens, over the new counter space. The backsplash and counter appear unchanged. In the season four episode "Dinner and a Movie" Gina implies that this is a new house to which they moved.

      • Some of the candid pictures used in the episode came from their other Gordon Elliott series, Road Tasted with the Neelys.

      • New, more relaxed pictures have been put into the opening titles for season three, and Gina's red tunic from the first two seasons has been replaced by a yellow top, and Pat's dark blue rugby shirt is now a light blue oxford shirt in the picture below the show title.
