Gina talks about visiting Utah and a business of which she can't remember the name while she and Pat prepare the mascarpone for the grilled nectarines. The place she can't remember is Beehive Cheese, and she would have been speaking to either Pat Ford or Tim Welsh, the co-owners. This was part of their Road Tasted with the Neelys show, seen in "Salt Lake City."
Gina: Pat, remember we went to that place in Utah, I can't think of the name of it.
Pat: Oh, yeah.
Gina: And he was telling us the great thing about mascarpone is, these cows are fed, like, with herbs and flowers so when you use mascarpone it's very unique; it's very different. It's special… like me.
Pat: Is it expensive? 'Cause that would be other thing that Gina is.
Pat: I-I really don't mind sharing my sanctuary, and particularly with Gina. First of all, I know it's not gonna last too long. (he laughs) She's-she's not gonna try to take over my grill. She'll come and pitch in for a minute, then she's gone.
Gina: Every now and then, when there's a blue moon, I'll get out there and kinda try to rock with him a little bit. Just to— 'cause I gotta kinda show Pat, throw him off his track a little bit, and get out there and do a little grilling.
