Why would the Reverend need to mortgage the church for money when he had received a donation for the church from the Denver orphanage that he & Dr. Mike visited in the episode The Ice Man Cometh? 2. And I don't understand why the townspeople got so angry with the Reverend when they found out what he did and why they wouldn't pay him back they money he had loaned them. After all, also in The Ice Man Cometh, wasn't it the Reverend who had gotten the townspeople's money back from the con men?! ~Contributor: ilikesully
