  • Pure filler

    1.0
this is a perfect example of a filler episode. Nothing much happens here. The fake namekians, a.k.a. Raiti and Zacro end up trying to trick Krillin, Gohan, and Bulma in a series of dragonball hunts...for fake dragonballs, which are illusions...and are really rocks. In fact, the whole episode is full of illusions that become apparent later on. The whole field they walk in, the dinosaur they see, all of it is a mastered illusion made by Raiti and Zacro in order to escape the planet they are on and avoid the "stellar winds." This episode is filler, so it isn't on the exciting side...as for fun factor, maybe there's a little of that.moreless
  • This is an OK episode

Bulma commands the ship to land, and it does though. When it does land, it drives straight through a forest and halts when it comes to a cliff. Krillin and Gohan are doubtful, so they have Bulma check the Dragon Radar. As she is doing so, the ship falls off the cliff. When she wakes up, she, Gohan, and Krillin are all in beds that look like the one on the Namek shipmoreless

    • Recap
Narrator: Last time, on Dragon Ball Z! Gohan, Bulma and Krillin were on their way to Planet Namek, when they were taken hostage by a militant group of refugess. These heavily armed soldiers believed our three heroes to be allies of Frieza, who had recently destroyed their home planet. After a few tense moments, the case of mistaken identity was cleared and the leader of the group told the horrifying tale of his planet's destruction. Frieza's henchmen had descended upon his world and destryed everything in their path. They were cruel and mercilless, with a power even more terrible than that ofthe Saiyans! But as awful as this story was, there was little time for our heroes to ponder the identity of these mysterious marauders. For as soon as they resumed their journey to Namek, they had problems of their own to worry about! Bulma's travel plans landed the ship right in the middle of a fierce interstellar storm caused by a recently exploded nebula! Then, as the ship was thrown clear of the turbulence...
Bulma: "Yes! It's Namek! We finally made it!"
      Krillin: "Are you sure that's..."
      Gohan: "Planet Namek?"
Bulma: "Trust me, it's the right palent. Now, let's go and find those Dragon Balls."

    • Closing
Narrrator: Though they have found three of the seven Dragon Balls, each one has been more difficult to retrieve. And far away, Vegeta slowly awakens from his recuperating slumber. Will revenge be on his mind? Find out on the next Dragon Ball Z!
