  • not a very good episode, at all. It's a filler to drag on for another episode before the real stuff begins.

This episode is quite filler. It is inconsequential to the plot and not derived from Toriyama's manga. So witu the strongest collector in mind, this episode is not one of the best, nor is it a very memorable one. However, it's the calm before the storm, which is the beauty of the namek saga. It's more of a bare-with-it type episode until the action starts. But if this episode were rated separately, it would receive a very low rating for the sheer fact that it drags on and takes away from the intention of the show which concentrates on evil villains and their magnificent henchmen. Rather, it incorporates feeble children lost in space fearing for themselves, which in turn is a poor scenario for this episode.moreless

A teenage boy, Zeshin, emerges and aims his gun at Krillin. Krillin and Gohan try to talk their way out of being shot, but are shot at anyways. Another teenager comes out and says that they are the soldiers of a tyrant named Frieza. Another boy comes out and tells Zeshin that that they are flying into a meteor storm. As the children freak out in chaos, Krillin and Gohan rescue Buruma from the trap holding her.moreless
