Episode Summary

EDIT
Goku's Assassin
AIRED:

Lots of surprising things await the Z Fighters at Dr. Gero's laboratory. For one, Android 17 finishes Dr. Gero. Also, Android 18 finds a pod containing the dormant Android 16. Trunks unleashes a powerful energy blast in an attempt to destroy them all, but to no real effect. Once 16 is activated, he reveals his mission is to kill Goku. 17 and 18 decide that would be fun and take 16 to find Goku – ignoring the Z Fighters in the process. Vegeta, though, hates being ignored and pursues to get a fight.

To the surprise of the Z Fighters, Android 17 finishes off Dr. Gero once and for all and Android 18 prepares to activate another android. Even Trunks, destroying the entire lab, does not stop her from releasing Android 16. 17 and 18 learn Gero's mission is to destroy Goku and decide to do just that, flying away from the Z Fighters without bothering to fight. Angered over being ignored, Vegeta chases after the three Androids and doesn't let anyone stop him, including Trunks. While the others follow, Vegeta catches up with the Androids and challenges them to battle. 18 accepts the challenge and the battle is about to begin.

Not my fasvirote story line this episode should have just been in the last one (you get me) theres to much wasting time

Although the part where trunks blows the whole place up is VERY coolmoreless
  • Boring...

    6.5
Dr. Gero grew impatient of the actions of his androids. Though as did the androids with Gero. He eliminates the creator, and set Android 16 free, who's only goal is to destroy Goku. Vegeta chases after them, but Trunks tries stopping him. Being fed up with his son, he punches him in the stomach. Vegeta catches up to the androids on the highway, who are waiting for a ride to come their way.

When well this stalling stop. If Dragonball Z is going to stall, it might as well show Yajirobe cleaning more diapers rather than extend Dr. Gero's gibbering with his androids, because cleaning diapers is far more interesting than dragged out conversations full of scoffing and bluffing. Like the episode before it, nothing really happened much here. At least in the next one, a fight will finally happen.moreless
