Episode Summary

Seized with Fear

The status quo has again been shattered. Krillin, Trunks and Bulma study the latest find and don't like what they learn. Despite one being dilapidated and older, a quick comparison proves that both time capsules are indeed Trunks'. No one has any idea how this could be, but there is one clue. It looks like the second time capsule's pilot left behind some kind of shell. The three wonder where said pilot could be now, but they doubt anything good will come of this.

  • Trunks, Gohan, and Bulma head to the site where the mysterious time machine is. They find out that whoever used the time machine came four years ago. Meanwhile, Kami senses that there is an evil out there more powerful than the androids.moreless

This episode was exciting, setting up the mystery that will have to be solved in the next series of episodes. There wasn't any fighting, but the plot thickening was more exciting than any more fighting scenes could have been.

Viewers remain in suspense as they try to figure out what this new enemy could be, and if the androids really are the evil they're looking for. There are just so many possibilities; any number of things which could have gone wrong.

This episode is the start of something that will last a long time, and it is beautifully written, setting up the plotline perfectly.moreless
  • Wow! Exciting!

Trunks, Bulma, and Gohan, go to the site in which the mysterious time capsule habitates. They find that both models are of the exact same kind, though the one they found has aged terribly. A mysterious hole in its glass, and two egg shells from within the cockpit, suggests that the pilot was a bug like creature. Gohan finds something else; the cocoon of an extremely large bug creature. Though whatever it is, Kami feels like it's stronger than even the androids.

This episode was nothing but suspense, and I was loving it the entire way through! There was almost little to no filler in this episode, which was an extremely good thing to see for once. It was just perfectly executed. One little mysterious led to the next, and even after they were done investigating the mysterious time capsule, it might even pose as a bigger threat than the androids themselves as taken by Kami. Things are just getting more exciting.moreless
