Episode Summary

Goku reaches West City, and tries to track down Bulma to get his Dragon Radar fixed. He quickly learns that you can't get anything in this city without money, so enters a fighting contest with a famous fighter to win some money. Afterwards, he's approached by thugs, who he easily takes care of. He eventually finds a policeman, who happily takes him to Bulma's house for him (after a series of grueling questions).moreless
