Goku, Bulma, and Krillin enter the sea with the submarine. They search around for a while, following the radar, until they discover an underwater cave. At the same time, however, General Blue is sending half of his army to attack the Kame House, and taking half of his army with him to snatch the dragonball underwater. He thinks that Master Roshi is the scientist who built Bulma's radar, and tells them to take the old man alive. Roshi, meanwhile, is still planning to sneak a peek and Launch with the Micro Band. General Blue heads underwater, and starts firing missiles at Goku and the gang, cornering them inside the cave.moreless
