The 2nd Episode of Dragonball is, "The Emperor's Quest". The thing that got me about this is that the Emperor is hardly in this episode. Basically Goku and Bulma stop travelling and rest for the night. The Emperor farts and blames it on one of his minions, and then sends them out looking for the 6 other Dragonballs, as he already has one. For some reason a turtle shows up and Goku vows to take him back to the sea. I don't know how the writers think this stuff up. But anyhow, this is an entertaining episode as Goku and Bulma argue for half of it. We see how Goku is a hell of a lot more primitive than Bulma and how both characters have different values and beliefs. Entertaining. 7/10
