That scene is in the edited version of the Funimation dub also, but the parts that showed Bulma's underwear were not shown. Also if you notice her underwear is embrioded with strawberries. That because in the Japanese version she loves strawberries. One of her possible wishes in the first episodes of Dragonball was to wish for a lifetime supply of strawberries or the perfect boyfreind, and of course in the end she wants a perfect boyfreind.

In the unedited version of this episode: during the scene when Krillin is holding on to Bulma's shorts trying not to fall into a lava pit while simantaneously Bulma is telling him to stop wiggling. Well, Bulma is telling Krillin to stop wiggling because her shorts are falling down, and she is noticing that Krillin is looking at her underwear. Krillin starts to pull her shorts down even more to get a better look, but Bulma starts kicking him. And more that is edited out is that when Goku losses his grip and they start falling towards the lava pit Bulma's shorts fall down all the way and Krillin blushes when he sees the entire back end of Bulma's underwear. Then, when Goku uses his power pole, Bulma gets her underwear caught on fire from the lava. Another edit was the shot of Bulma's shorts still down after they get back up to safety.
