There is only nudity at the very start, and it lasts less than a minute.
In the beginning of the movie Goku's clothes are like in the beginning of Dragonball, but at middle of the movie his clothes change to his GT style.
When Bulma first meets Goku, and nearly drives into him, you can see he's wearing his GT outfit. He then lifts up Bulma's car, and you can see he's wearing his DB outfit again, then he throws the car and he's wearing his GT outfit again. Then he's back to his DB outfit until he actually changes into his GT outfit before leaving his house.
'Penny' looks identical to Snow (Suno in the English Dub) from the RR saga in the DB series.
You see Baba surprised to see Chi-Chi and Goku's future, but she hides the crystal balls from the "audience".
When Krillin jumps up into the air to celebrate Goku's win, his shoes are missing.
Since Goku won the World Tournament, he should have gotten the prize money. However, it is never shown that he has made any use of the money at all through the rest of the series.
When Goku shouts to Yajirobe to toss him a Senzu Bean, his newly restored armbands are missing.
In the North American Version, they're afraid of saying 'underwear' or whatever, but they can show a giant hole in Goku's chest that's bleeding like crazy?
Note how Piccolo's blood was red here. This part (and in DBZ when Raditz blasted his arm off) were the only two times in the original DBZ where Piccolo had red blood. This was because he was meant to be a demon before AT (Akira Toriyama) got the idea to say he was an alien (which would later reveal that Nameks have purple blood).
Why doesn't Goku use the Super Kamehameha in DBZ OR DBGT?
Goku only says "Super" Kamehameha Wave because he was trying to describe his new found power. From that moment on, the Super Kamehameha Wave becomes a "Kamehameha Wave" only matched by his sheer power to back it up. As his power level surpasses that of Dragon Ball he no longer is forced to use such a name for the attack because the power of his wave grows with the power within him. Super Saiyan, Ascended Saiyan, and Super Saiyan 3 each notably have a stronger Kamehameha Wave by their "upgrade", respectively.
Krillin tells Goku that if Kami dies, they could still bring him back using the Dragonballs. However, Goku of all people should know that if Kami dies, the Dragonballs will also disappear.
In the English dub, in the recap in the beginning of the episode when the announcer of the tournament says that Goku won, he said that Goku's match concluded the semi-finals and would fight Jr. in the finals. This is a mistake because Jr. had not fought his semi final match at this point.
The tournament announcer says Goku will be facing Junior in the championship round. However he couldn't have known this, because there was still one match to go: Hero vs Junior, and the winner of that match advances to face Goku.
First time Goku does the Solar Flare.
Out of the three (3) Martial Arts tournaments Yamcha has been a part of, he is never able to make it past his first opponent in the quarterfinals. 1st: Jackie Chun (Master Roshi). 2nd: Tien Shinhan. 3rd: Hero (Kami).
Dub Change: In the original Japanese version and the manga chapter covering this episode, Goku finds out Hero's true identity based off of his name alone. Hero's name in the Japanese version is "Shen," short for "Shenron," the name of the dragon god summoned from the dragonballs. With Shen's named changed in the dub version of the show, the writers only rely on the other bit of information that first makes Goku suspicious of Hero-- the conversation Hero and Yamcha have during their match.
Look closely at 15:38 minutes when the Tournament Announcer says to the crowd lets give Yamcha a big show of support the camera moves over and you can see a guy with a Hat saying Budokai on it.
According to the Tournament Monk Announcer the number of fighters that entered this Tournament are 72.
